Future Me Ontology is a solution to the Mind Health crisis in our world today. Mind health is declining with each younger generation across the modern Internet-enabled world. Mind health refers to the full complement of emotional, social, cognitive and physical capacities required to navigate life’s challenges and function productively. This decline means more than a growing mental health burden. It means a potential decline in our capacity to function as a society.

Meet William: Future Me Ontology

For year's my Mother had symptom's of confusion, forgetfulness and disorientation and yet she never complained about her condition. Over time things got worse and it wasn't until she went through a series of cutting edge tests that we first heard the name "Alzheimer's" attached to her condition. Little did I know that this would lead me into a 14 year journey that saw both my Mother and Sister die from this deadly disease.Ā

My Sister’s Mind Health

Cathie Knight

Interview - June 2013

Meet William : Future Me Ontology

Cathie was my hero. She was a RN at one of the major hospitals in the Columbus, Ohio area and when she was diagnosed with Alzheimer's, she was fearless. In fact she was one of three volunteers in the world to undergo an experimental procedure at Ohio State University which attempted to use pacemaker technology to stimulate her brain. This video was taken right after her surgery and she was her typical, happy self as she looked at the journey of life with a smile on her face all the time.

Meet William : Future Me Ontology

Right after Cathie passed away, I found myself starting to go down a deep and what seemed an endless valley of mental darkest that really culminated in 2018-19. I sought out anyone that I could find to try to understand what I was going through which includes friends, pastors, mental health specialists and even joined several recovery groups thinking that some 12 step program would give me relief.

Nothing worked. But on August 19, 2019 things began to shift. Diane and I went to a movie called Overcomer which was about our identity. I had never even considered this as a possible cause to many of my mental challenges and after year's of deep work around the subject of our identity, it became clear to me that what I had experienced in was in fact a massive identity crisis. This set me on the path to begin to find a way to lead others in the discovery of their True Identity which is how the Future Me Ontology was created.
