The biggest challenge for everyone living today is how to adjust to a continual increase of complexity in every area of life. There are always more things to think about as we wrestle with the integration of new technologies in our personal and professional lives.
But if you are a young adult, ages 11-18 as you are trying to navigate through all of the noise, who do you turn to so that you can find your own way? There is one person that really wants to spend time with you and it's your true identity, we call it your Future Me.
Write your Future Me a letter to connect with your future self and to actively engage your dreams and visions. While this may sound simple and even a bit out of the box, this one action is actually how you begin to connect with your true identity in a personal way. You see, we all know ourselves through our false identities and it's time to begin to shed that off of you on a regular basis. So by sending your Future Me letter to your future, you are actually creating a connection that begins to pull you into who you are going to become.
